The Carroll County Base Ball Club now known as the Union Mills Nine is a new entrant in to the MAVBBL for the 2013 season. They represent western Maryland and show the fans and citizens of Westminster to Frederick how base ball was played when it first started in the western part of the state. The Carroll County Club will be competing in the Capitol Conference along with Arundel, Potomac, Chesapeake and Old Dominion. Anyone interested in playing, please contact us as we are actively looking for players, scorekeepers and umpires.
Home Field: Union Mills; 3311 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158
Directions: The Homestead is on Maryland route 97 (on the east side of the road), six miles north of Westminster, or 17 miles south-east of Gettysburg.
Admission: Free, plenty of free parking
Concessions: None, but fans are welcome to bring their own
